As a young adult, I was initially drawn towards architecture, but a twist of fate has led me to the medical field. I started my career in x-ray but eventually found my passion in radiation oncology, where I become a radiation therapist. Despite hearing warnings about the challenges of working with cancer patients, I was determined to build relationships with them and provide support during their toughest times.
Now, with two decades of experience in the cancer industry, I have treated hundreds of cancer fighters and I can confidently say that there is nothing more fulfilling than connecting with patients and letting them know that they are not alone. Throughout my career, I have learned how to be more understanding of other people’s emotions and needs, and I have always prioritized patient care above all else.
As I worked with cancer fighters over the years, I realized that there were things that they were dealing with that were not being addressed during their treatments. As someone who has also felt left out and alone in the past, I understand the importance of having someone to turn to during the toughest moments.
I know firsthand the fears and concerns that plague a cancer fighter’s mind, but I have also seen countless people come out victorious and beat cancer. That is why I pursued cancer coaching – to have a more meaningful impact in this field and help others overcome their own cancer battles.
When facing a Goliath-like situation like cancer, having the right mindset is crucial. It can change the way you see things and make a significant impact on your journey. As your cancer coach, I will guide and support you through every step of your journey, helping you develop the mindset and attitude that will enable you to face this challenge head-on.
It will not be an easy road, but my team and I will be with you every step of the way. With the right mindset and support, you can overcome your challenges and emerge victorious.
